However, the Nerf Ultra Pharaoh takes it one step farther by bringing us a new weapon that truly goes above and beyond in comparison against many of the other blasters that we have seen so far, even in this new line.

Blaster Style and Design

Taking a first glance at the NERF ULTRA PHARAOH BOLT-ACTION BLASTER, you’ll notice that this blaster adopts many of the similar qualities that we’ve come to know in the Nerf Ultra Series, including ghost white and Nerf orange color scheme along with the special edition gold color “ULTRA” on the side of the blaster.

However, this weapon also customizes a few things along the way that makes it stand out from the other blasters in its series. These include:

• More golden accents along the body, including locations like near the trigger, the 10-dart removable clip system, the bolt, and the scope
• New, golden Nerf Ultra Series darts that you can use with this blaster

This blaster is a bit larger as it’s designed to act like a sniper, so we recommend it for ages 10 and up (along with the fact that it can be a bit harder for younger players to operate).

However, those who do get their hands on the Nerf Ultra Pharaoh are sure to love the way that it looks and feels!

Ammo Capacity

The great news about the Nerf Ultra Pharaoh is that it comes with a clip system that’s capable of holding up to eight darts at a time.

The clip system can be a bit confusing, but it comes with directions on the clip that shows you where the darts should be facing so that you can load your blaster with ease.

Although these darts are golden, they are still the lightweight foam, innovative flight tip, aerofin technology darts that you need to make the most out of Nerf Ultra Series blasters.

Firing Style and Range

The Nerf Ultra Pharoah uses a bolt-action priming mechanism to prepare your weapon for firing. Simply pull back the bolt, push it forward, and pull it down to lock it into place.

Then, fire at will! Although there are some new aspects of the Pharoah, you can still expect the amazing range and power offered by the Nerf Ultra line of blasters, with their anticipated firing distance being 120-feet.

Additional Features

Unsurprisingly, there are some very helpful features offered by the Nerf Ultra Pharoah. The first feature worth noting is that there’s an attachment towards the back of the for an additional clip system.

While you do have to buy another clip system to take advantage of this, this can be very helpful for the player that loves to customize and ensure that they have everything they need on the battlefield.

The second feature worth mentioning is the built-in scope on top that helps you get more accurate shots when you do begin using Nerf Ultra Pharoah. Overall, these minor features will help you make the most out of what the Pharoah has to offer!

What We Like

• Great Power and Range: Users who have become well-acquainted with this series know that it boasts a 120-foot range. Although this may fall short for some blaster, this increased range and power lends itself to this sniper, making it useful for long-range combat in a variety of environments as well as in short to mid-range combat when a player needs their darts to fly fast and far.

• Plenty of Features for Improved Functionality: Many of these blasters are customizable, but don’t always come with extra features that are designed to improve functionality. Fortunately, the Pharoah comes with extra space on its built-in shoulder stock for you to store another clip as well as a scope to ensure that your far-flying darts hit your target with greater ease!
  
  
• Personalized Gold Accents: It doesn’t impact the gun’s ability to perform, but we do love the fact that Nerf decided to go overboard with the gold colored Nerf Ultra and add it to more parts of the gun. With such a regal name like the Nerf Ultra Pharoah, we expect nothing less from them!

What We Don’t Like

• May Be Difficult for Younger Users to Wield: Functionality is a bit difficult for younger users due to the way this blaster handles and how it reloads.
  
  For those who plan on purchasing it, it’s important that you know how to reload the clip system ahead of time. To achieve this, you’ll need to unlock the bolt, pull it all the way back, and press the clip release, which is located on both sides of the weapon near the clip system.
  

Then, load the new clip in, prime the weapon, lock the bolt, and fire. Besides this extensive loading and reloading process, the only thing to think about when purchasing this blaster is whether or not the player in mind will be able to handle such a large weapon. 

While it’s not extremely heavy, the sheer length and size are enough to make most players shy away from using it. Take this into consideration if the Pharoah is a major candidate for the Nerf enthusiast in your life!

Is the Nerf Pharaoh worth it?

The Ultra Pharaoh is, without a doubt, one of the most gorgeous guns in the series. There are always little annoyances (such as only one side of the blaster being painted), of course. The blaster, on the other hand, looks fantastic, and it appropriately balances out the cartoonish proportions style with the sniper rifle setup.

How far does Nerf ultra Pharaoh shoot?

120 feet

The blaster fires ten 10-darts. An integrated targeting scope is included, as well as a 10-dart removable clip. Clip storage is provided on the stock (additional clip not included). Darts can be fired up to 120 feet away (36 meters) using this bolt-action, clip-fed blaster.
